Also, I show the main two exercises as well as other exercises that can be performed on the machine, I include areas for improvement, but I also show a few hacks and machine modifications that prove to be invaluable for me. Quite a few equipment companies have tried to make a Leg Press / Hack Squat Combo, but almost all of them lack depth for one or both exercises and / or foot plates that just aren’t very big.
